Skill5 offers various subscription tiers, and may include a free tier with limited access to our services. By subscribing to any of our paid services, you agree to be charged in advance for your usage according to the pricing and billing terms in effect at the time of your subscription or renewal. Additional users or websites added to your account will be billed on a prorated basis until the end of the billing month. Subscriptions, whether free or paid, last indefinitely until manually canceled by the user. We may offer promotional pricing, coupons or special offers periodically, subject to terms and conditions that we will disclose at the time of the offer.
Skill5 uses a credit-based system to enable content creation features such as generating courses, videos, avatars, and other platform services. Credits may be included as part of a subscription plan or purchased separately. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Subscription plans that include monthly credit allocations will receive automatic top-ups; however, unused credits do not roll over to subsequent months unless explicitly stated. Skill5 reserves the right to adjust credit pricing and allocations as needed to maintain platform fairness and efficiency.
If you exceed your available credits, certain actions on the platform will be temporarily restricted until additional credits are acquired. Users may purchase one-time credit packs to continue using credit-based features. Pricing for overage credits will be displayed prior to purchase and may differ from subscription-included rates.
Organizations or users requiring large volumes of credits may request access to bulk purchase options. Bulk credit packs may include volume discounts and extended validity periods, subject to terms set out in the specific offer. Bulk credits are also non-refundable and may be subject to usage limitations based on fair use and compliance requirements.
Skill5 is committed to maintaining a high level of service availability, targeting 99% uptime for our products. In the event that our service availability drops below 99% in any given month, impacted customers are eligible to request a refund. The refund amount will be calculated as ten times the value of the service downtime experienced, adjusted on a prorated basis to reflect the actual duration of the outage. However, the maximum refund amount shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the service in that month.
For the avoidance of doubt, in a hypothetical scenario where service downtime occurs, consider the following example: if a customer pays $100 for a month and experiences 14.4 hours of service disruption (equivalent to 2% downtime), the refund calculation would proceed as outlined below:
Hourly Service Cost: $100 / 720 hours = $0.139
Refund Amount: $0.139/hour × 14.4 hours × 10 = $20.00
This calculation ensures customers are compensated tenfold for the actual downtime experienced, up to the total monthly fee paid.
Additionally, customers who are dissatisfied with their subscription for any reason have the right to request a full refund within the first 10 days following the purchase date. This policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in the reliability of our services.
Skill5 provides users with tools to generate custom training content, including text, video, and multimedia materials, using AI technologies. While we employ automated moderation systems and filters to improve safety and relevance, all generated content is created autonomously and is not manually reviewed or guaranteed for accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.
User Responsibility: AI-generated content is inherently probabilistic and may include errors, outdated information, or unintended outputs. It is the sole responsibility of the user to review, verify, and approve any content generated through Skill5 before using, publishing, or distributing it. Skill5 disclaims all liability arising from the use of unreviewed or misused content.
Compliance and Legal Guidance: Any content or advice generated by Skill5's tools, including compliance recommendations, must not be interpreted as legal, regulatory, or professional advice. Users must consult qualified professionals to validate any content used for official or legal purposes.

Prohibited Use: Users may not upload or generate content that is, at our sole discretion, illegal, harmful, offensive, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate. Skill5 reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all actions taken under their account. Sharing account access or generated content beyond the terms of the subscription is prohibited.
Users are solely responsible for all content they upload to Skill5, including text, images, audio, video, avatars, voice samples, and training data. You must ensure you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and share any uploaded material.
If you upload avatars or voices derived from real individuals, you affirm that you have obtained their explicit, informed, and verifiable consent. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized impersonation or "deepfake" content. Violations will result in immediate suspension and may lead to legal consequences.
You may not upload any material that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful. Skill5 does not pre-screen uploads but reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or disable access to content that violates these terms. We are not liable for damages resulting from uploaded content and may cooperate with legal authorities if necessary.
Skill5 respects the rights of content creators and intellectual property holders. If you believe that content on the platform infringes your copyright, you can notify us with sufficient detail for us to identify and evaluate the material. We review such reports promptly and, when appropriate, may remove or restrict access to the content in question.

The prices listed for our services do not include any applicable taxes. It is the responsibility of the users to pay all sales, VAT, GST, or other governmental taxes associated with their use of the services. Users are also responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting the correct taxes to the appropriate tax authorities based on the billing address or the location from which the service is accessed, in accordance with local tax laws. Skill5 will issue tax invoices as required to facilitate this process.
