I’m Raf, Co-founder and CTO at Skill5. Together with Tim Baxter, our CEO, we saw the same problem in different places: long, brittle training programs that never matched day-to-day work. Tim brings deep leadership and learning experience from large organisations, and my background is in building scalable, secure products. We combined those perspectives to build something that is both strategically sensible and operationally practical for day-to-day use.
Skill5 is mobile first and device flexible. Learners can take short microlearning modules on phones, tablets or desktops whenever it fits their day, straight from the browser, with a native mobile app on the way. Behind the scenes we focus on controls: secure access, reliable completion tracking, and clear reporting so leaders can trust the data. Courses are designed to be applied immediately: practical scenarios, short lessons, and measurable outcomes so organisations see real behaviour change, not just certificates.
We believe workplace learning should be credible, usable and low friction. Skill5 connects quality modern content with the operational tools organisations need to manage it.
